Management Trainee (Technical Engineering)
Junior Managers Program is a 18-24-month intensive training program that will result the appointment of an intern for a middle manager in the company, and in 6-8 years — a top manager of the company.
Professional duties:
• Engineering process, product design, verification, release
• Management of technical documentation and system of engineering changes
• Project management in new products development
• Implementation and development of internal procedures and processes
Mandatory requirements:
• University studies in a technical field, completed with an above-average specialist, masters, MBA or PhD degree (desirable: boiler or equipment design, mechanical engineer, design engineer or comparable)
• Foreign experience (e.g. work experience, internship, study)
• Excellent English skills; good skills in a further foreign language desirable
• Min. 2 years of relevant working experience
• IT literate
